MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR - ESTHER

“Hi I’m Esther! I have been teaching Dance Like a Mother classes since 2019, some online during covid and thankfully more recently face to face. I heard about DLAM when my first Daughter was born, but always felt it was too far away. After attending my first class to see If being a part of the team was for me; I was so upset I’d not made the effort to come. I loved it and was so happy to be asked to be an Instructor.

I have danced all my life and spent many years training. I am also a Yoga Instructor and teach Hartbeeps in Trafford too (love a good sing and dance me!) I absolutely LOVE teaching DLAM and being a part of this crazy family we call The DLAM Fam! Seeing Mums confidence grow each week and hearing the laughter (because lets face it we are all sleep deprived and it’s not really about getting the moves right!) just brings me so much joy!

I’m also a Director of our Community Interest Company and run our projects to support Parents in need access our classes.

I’m so happy to be back in 2023 teaching with my second Daughter
