“Hi I’m Laura,
I first came across DLAM in 2020. My first daughter was a lockdown baby and as a Zumba instructor of 12 years I was super eager to give them a go. We attended Charlies classes online, and I looked forward to them every week! So when I had my second daughter in 2023 I was very excited to attend IRL! After joining Nikki’s Ramsbottom class I was hooked!
I love seeing how much joy and laughter the classes bring to all the Mums and I feel I can be my true bonkers self; just have fun, connect with these awesome women in class and get to dance for a living…who can ask for more?! I also love seeing the community the classes and DLAM have and the friendships that blossom because of them.

“I first did DLAM at Prestwich with my little boy Rowan who is 3 this year and when I found out I was pregnant again with my little girl it was the baby class I was most looking forward to returning too! Not only is it a great way to get your body moving in a different way, its super social and I still have friends that I met there 3 years ago. The instructors are all trained in carrier fitting and it was this class that gave me more confidence in using a carrier more generally out and about. Would definitely recommend giving it a go!”
